I have been looking for a palatable electrolyte drink for a while when I stumbled across Precision Hydration. The sweat test question set confirmed what I already knew about myself so I decided to get the 1500 sachets. To say these have been a game changer would be an understatement. Not only do they taste great and mix well (no annoying grains in the last mouthful) they have helped with my cramp issues and kept me going in my training sessions. I will certainly be re ordering more.

Having tried various gels and electrolyte products (cheaper) over the last year , I can honestly say that these products are far superior to anything I’ve used. The gels are easy to consume , the carb&electrolyte drink mixes well, tastes great and causes no issues with gut pain (unlike some other products) they provided the fuel required for me to complete a recent 105mile cycle event , with no cramping and performance was consistent across the whole event.

I am preparing an ultra for couple months and those products are helping me to maintain energy as well as my cramps away. I do like your products and your brand.

As someone who needs extra sodium, these products are amazing. They have some of the highest sodium amounts per dose I’ve come across, and they do not have an overly salty taste. The flavour is on the milder side, but that’s not a bad thing when you drink it every single day.

Everything from searching to checkout has been flawless. The website makes it very clear if items are in stock or not. Any questions I have had are answered fully and then some. PFH has been fantastic for me.
