First time
As a total novice to endurance racing (other than marathons) I found the free race hydration/nutrition plan very useful. Practicing the fuelling strategies in training has made the long rides actually enjoyable and not a slog. Gels have a mild flavour and feel easy on the stomach, would recommend.

Quality products that work
Having tried various gels and electrolyte products (cheaper) over the last year , I can honestly say that these products are far superior to anything I’ve used. The gels are easy to consume , the carb&electrolyte drink mixes well, tastes great and causes no issues with gut pain (unlike some other products) they provided the fuel required for me to complete a recent 105mile cycle event , with no cramping and performance was consistent across the whole event.

Best gels ever
Gels, by and large, make me gag and cause a great deal of stomach cramping. These are the very first gels I have ever tried that do none of those things. The consistency is like jelly (a real food) and not slimy. The flavor is citrusy and absolutely spot on. Not even going to bother ever trying anything else from here on out. I’m very excited to finally be able to join the world of fueling with gels
