Eli Hemming is a professional trail and ultra runner with a rich background in endurance sports. A former #1-ranked triathlete in the United States and World Cup podium finisher for Team USA, Eli transitioned to trail running in 2021 and hasn’t looked back.
He quickly made his mark on the international stage, representing the U.S. at the Mountain Running Championships and finishing 5th overall in the 2022 Golden Trail World Series. His career highlight so far is a 2nd-place finish at the Marathon du Mont-Blanc, solidifying his place among the best in the sport.
Off the trails, Eli stays busy balancing his passion for training and racing with his academic interest in human physiology and training philosophies. He also co-owns an online coaching business with his wife, Tabor, and lends a hand on her family’s 5th-generation cattle ranch. From high mountains to hard work on the ranch, Eli’s life is fueled by adventure, curiosity, and Precision Fuel & Hydration.
