Tish is a world-class marathon distance runner and has represented Team GB.
A keen globetrotter, Tish found herself the ideal training location in Cape Town, South Africa, and spends a large part of her year there before returning home for competition in the UK.
Training in warmer climates has meant Tish needs to pay greater attention to replacing her fluid losses and she has made hydration a priority for both training and racing. With that in mind, Tish joined the Precision Fuel & Hydration team and cites PH 1500 as a game-changer when it comes to training sessions and races.
Tish is a keen road and MTB cyclist outside of her professional running career.
