From Evergreen, Colorado, Colin competed in his first triathlon at the age of six, and completed his first Olympic distance event at 10. He began his professional triathlon career through XTERRA, becoming a professional in 2021. 2024 was his breakout season with his first professional win and eight top-five finishes throughout the season, including his full-distance debut at IRONMAN® New Zealand with a 5th place finish.
