Hamish is a Junior British Triathlete who races draft-legal sprint events.
Having represented Team GB numerous times during the 2019 season, Hamish finished on the podium at his first European Cup in Riga and he took 3rd place at the British Cross Country Championships.
Hamish struggled with cramping during races before he discovered PH in 2018 and he's worked closely with the team to refine his hydration strateg - he's now an avid user of PH 1500 before races and PH 1000 during training.
Hamish is also a full-time student at Eastbourne College, and balances training with studying for three A-Levels.
