James Teagle
Pro triathlete
James, originally from Leicester, is a multiple IRONMAN 70.3® champion. While he has focused primarily on middle-distance triathlon, he stepped up to IRONMAN® in 2024, finishing his debut in an impressive 7:46:00.
He also competes in the Spanish Triathlon and Duathlon League for Peñota, contributing to the team's many Spanish championship wins in both disciplines.
As a salty sweater, James uses PH 1000 during training and races. His favourite product is the PF 90 Gel, which conveniently packs 90g of carbohydrates, making it easy to carry during races.
Outside of competing, James coaches at Scientific Triathlon, working with both professional athletes and age-groupers.
