Perfect fuel type
I used the mint & lemon chews during the recent Atlantic Coast Challenge in Cornwall. I'm not a big fan of liquid fuel as I like to feel that I have actually eaten something; that said, food can sometimes leave me feeling a bit of a lull. These chews were the perfect choice; they're not as chewy as other jellied sweets and actually break down with minimal chewing. A GREAT solution to long term cramping and bonking...

Carb gels are easy to get down tasting sugary without a fake flavour that some flavoured gels have, also easy to open whilst running or cycling.
