PH hydration helped me towards my first 50km ultra!
Huge fan of the PH brand, the quality of the products is top notch, and the newsletter emails are some of the only promotional material I ever read, because they are informative and entertaining and occasionally inspiring. The PH1000 sachets are great, I found the 1500 tablets notable much more "salty tasting" but will definitely use them at my next ultra. My only criticism is there isn't more sweat test locations available in Scotland.

Great Products
As a triathlete and runner I have tried lots of different products over the years and have found the PH products to be extremely palatable. The Gels and Chews are easy to digest on the go and don't feel gloopy. The taste is reasonable as well.

A new hope
I’m a heavy sweater and often have stomach problems. I bought these products in order to test them. They seem to work perfectly. I’ll soon test them in longer races (100K)

Just what I want and need!

Simply the best
As a triathlete and a product reviewer on YouTube I've tried a large number of different sports nutrition products and I can, hand on heart, say that these products outshine all the others that I've tried. They are easy to digest, I love the natural flavours and I trust the efficacy of the products. Tie this in with the 'Fuel and Hydration Plan' that is free on the website and you have a literal 'win win' result.

Chew's and Carb 1000
Using both the Chew’s and Carb 1000. The chews are easy to eat and to digest … having the possibility to vary the taste is great. One improvement could be an easy way to open the pack and extract one piece. The cardboard piece inside the packaging is not helping to take one piece out while riding .Reason why I only gave 4 stars. Carb 1000 is light in taste … bit citrus. Also easy to digest.

Love & Trust PH products for my training and race nutrition.
I've been using Precision Hydration products for years and have been nothing but impressed with all the range I've tried.
