Sweat test & PH fan.
My first experience was a “sweat test” with Gary in Llanelli. That session was not only helpful in terms of numbers, data and a fuel plan, but Gary’s insight and friendly advice was superb. The products thereafter have done exactly what it says on the tin and following the detailed but simple fuel plan, really does work. I could not recommend it more.

Flow gel and 30g gel review
I bought these as I’m preparing for an Ironman and read that they are easy on the stomach. Having tried them across my long rides/runs I am pleased to say that they haven’t given me any trouble. I really like the neutral flavour and having the flow bottle is also really useful to track how much carbohydrates I am consuming. There are cheaper gels out there but I think you get what you pay for from these personally.

The best!
Timely delivery. Gels for me were a really good consistency, flavour & sat well in my stomach. Like the large flow gel for long distance triathlon as avoids having to fit lots of gels / bars on the bike.

Marathon training w Precision is where it’s at!
I’ve tried other types of gels and these are the only ones I like. The texture and flavor of the gels doesn’t gross me out like GU haha. I really like the single big gels with a reusable cap versus a bunch of smaller ones. It’s less garbage and easier to stash in my vest!

Goes down great.
Used the Flow Gel for the first time yesterday in a 46 mile Easter Sierra run. This will be my go-to gel in the future. Perfect consistency for going down quick. Mild flavor. Great performance.
