Very happy to have chosen Precision. Early online consultation with Mel was very helpful in resolving a suitable approach to nutrition, subsequent experiences with the fuel products have been great. Flow 300 is a perfect fit for Ironman bike leg
I have used the Flow 300 during my Ironman Bike Leg, using a 650ml bidon, i can carry 480g of carb (6hrs) with space to add abit of water to make it flow better. Overall, energy levels was good and i relied 100% on this as my carb source . Will use again for its convenience in carrying all the energy needs in a single bidon. No need for special needs station stops.

Having switched from another large brand, I have been really delighted with PF&H. As well as using lots of the products, I have had a sweat test and have been able to improve my use of electrolytes. This year, the FlowGel has supported me around Challenge Roth and Ironman Copenhagen - it has been so easy to manage. Awesome products
Used all these products to train for Iron Man Wales 2024 I found them superb and never once any stomach issues or sickly feel or taste. Bonus was being used to them and finding that they worked for me as they are used by Iron Man now on there events 🤙
