It's especially useful for high intensity efforts lasting a few hours, where the delivery of a steady stream of rapidly digestible energy is typically a priority, but where it's still important to replace a proportion of your sweat losses.

Massive confidence boost
I’m training for an endurance challenge of four half marathon’s on the row, assault bike, ski erg and weighted run and I’ve got every confidence after using these through training that they will carry me through the day. Easy to digest with no issues at all!

Precision Hydration product review.
PH gels are something I look forward to on long rides. Unlike other gels where I feel over carbed and my digestive system moans, these gels are somehow very well balanced, sit well with my system and taste amazing too.
The bottle mix is a go to every time. Slow release energy and salt replenishment with a good taste- even when your fluids heat up in tropical locations.

Best electrolytes and carbs drink
The carbs and electrolytes are best for running or weightlifting. It’s literally helped me run better and without cramps. I have ordered my second package and I’m really happy about it. It’s very easy on stomach, tastes amazing and really helps with running.

So glad I found these products
The carb + sodium mix has made a huge difference in my running. Turns out I wasn't taking in nearly enough calories or sodium before using this product. Now I don't have sausage fingers or headaches when I'm done with my long runs! The flavor is also good. I couldn't stomach the Skratch high carb mix because of the flavor (or lack of flavor), but I have no issues with the Precision drink mix, even over multiple hours.

Started using these products about 6 months ago . Definitely found big difference , less cramping in races , easy on the stomach not sweet like other products I previously used . The chues are brilliant on longer training rides .
