Good gels, great cap, shipping could be better
Gels taste good but i really like the option of the lid on the 90's. As a long distance runner that likes to mix carbs and not just live on gels, being able to take 45g and close the lid for later is convenient. Its also nice not to have open gels dribbling into your pack. just wish the shipping could be faster....

PF gels and drink
All PF gels and drink mixes have been great for nutrition support during runs and races. The taste and texture of the gel is smooth and subtle, and I never get any stomach trouble from them. The drink mix is great for replenishing carbs and sodium stores.
