The most efficient way to get 30g of carbohydrate into your system fast. Our gels have a very mild, citrus-based flavour (‘Original’) to reduce flavour fatigue during longer efforts.
The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Fabulous thunderbirds
Known almost by chance, I tried their products and put them at the top of my favorites list. In addition to the excellent quality, they have a consultancy service that allows you to plan your race nutrition according to your needs, I find this very useful especially for those who are new to sport. And then the handwritten dedication in the package is priceless

Amazing product, my go-to nutrition for big training days & races

My go to for everything sports nutrition related.
Precision has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I think I’m on my 3rd order, website is easy to navigate, shipping is lightning fast and everything I’ve tried so far has worked great for me. The gels are easy to get down, taste great and zero GI issues or the dreaded sticky mouth. The chews are a nice alternative when you get into the latter part of a long run and are just sick of gels. 10/10 on everything.

Cheaper Maurten
Maurten is 40g carb / 65g sachet. Precision is 30 / 51. Negligible 2% difference, equally palatable, much cheaper. Good stuff.

Helped me hit my race day plan
I used a lot of flow gel and a couple of caffeine gels on the South Downs Way 50 ultra. Very easy products to use particularly with the flow bottles. Took all the stress out of hitting my nutrition and hydration targets, with no litter to dispose of during the race. The hydration sachets were similarly great to use whenever I refilled a flask at an aid station.
