The PF 300 Flow Gel is formulated with a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to aid carbohydrate uptake. If you're someone who hasn't gotten on well with gels previously, give ours a try, we'll eat a flip-flop if you're not pleasantly surprised!

A GREAT solution to long term cramping and bonking...
I'm relatively new to Precision products, but so far they have been a game changer for me. I have always struggled with cramping and bonking, no matter whether I was doing long-distance cycling, triathlon, or ultra running.
