Tablets and Gels
These products work for me when cycling. Easy to consume especially the 90g gels. Instead of taking 3 normal gels I take the 90g pouch. Quick delivery and well packed.

90 gram pouches
I love these 90 gram pouches! I don’t have to mess around with multiple gels and their wrappers when I’m out on 4 and 5 hour runs as I train for my first ultra. The other important thing to note is that for 90 grams of carbs, these have less sugar than any other gels I have found!! Love the consistency and flavour!

PF90 - my new favorite
I've tested many gels during th last months. I settled on PF90 because it convinced me: no stomach problems, the taste is neutral and doesn't overwhelm me, and the effect is fast but long-lasting. The 90g size is also excellent and easy to dose. This makes it easy to get over 80 grams of carbohydrates per hour and maintain a constant performance level.

the taste is neutral as advertised, which i find is good especially early on in the long run after breakfast.
the 90g pouch is a game changer, so much less fuss/weight/waste, and the pouches open&close very nicely. it’s a great product and the packaging is very well thought, it’s actually ehy i chose to try it out even though i was pretty pleased with the brand i was using prior to the switch.
