Over the past three years, I’ve become deeply involved in the endurance world, and as any endurance athlete knows, nutrition is key. Great products. I appreciate the higher carb and higher caffeine content compared to other products. Flavors are good.

So I used these at an 8 hour endurance run and they did an excellent job with the hydration but I mixed them with 16 oz of water and basically there was no flavor or just enough to make it not taste well. But other than that I have no issues it is an excellent product will definitely use again. I suggest a little more flavor and this may also boost the card count. Thank you
