A hydration plan made a massive difference to my running
I was introduced to Precision Hydration after issues in my first half marathon where I struggled for the last 5k due to lack of hydration. I had a 20min call with one of the coaches and he recommended some of the electrolytes to start using on my training runs - made a massive difference to me and now doing 20k training runs without running out of juice......literally.
