Great products would buy again
Used precision hydration for prep and fuelling to do the Welsh 3000s challenge. Don’t think I’d have been able to do it without them! The online plan provided was very helpful, taste great and felt that they kept me well fuelled and hydrated.

Sweat test & PH fan.
My first experience was a “sweat test” with Gary in Llanelli. That session was not only helpful in terms of numbers, data and a fuel plan, but Gary’s insight and friendly advice was superb. The products thereafter have done exactly what it says on the tin and following the detailed but simple fuel plan, really does work. I could not recommend it more.

PFH Is A Difference Maker
I have been experimenting with nutrition sources and fueling strategies for an upcoming race. Thought I would try PFH and it has not disappointed. After my first order I did the 1/1 video call consult which was extremely beneficial and informative. I’ve used the product on one long run and on some shorter runs in hotter temps and have noticed a marked improvement in how I feel and with my tolerance for higher carb intake.

PRECISION IS MY GO-TO
Precision is now my preferred brand for all things nutrition & hydration across all disciplines of training and racing. Trail running, long course triathlon, road running, long days on the bike; I always have precision on-board. One test and a new regime.. game changing!
The test really changed my perception of how I needed to fuel and how I needed to basically double my quantity of intake as well as preload before I go out .. the result of following the advice with the 1500 ore and post drink whilst using the 1000 during my exercise has been a game changer in my performance leading to my recent my notching up PB after PB!
