Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Absolutely invaluable
Having completed 11 Marathons and several Ultras I had experienced constant problems with "hitting the wall" at around 20 miles, this despite trying every High Street Carb and Hydration option available! A GREAT solution to long term cramping and bonking...
I'm relatively new to Precision products, but so far they have been a game changer for me. I have always struggled with cramping and bonking, no matter whether I was doing long-distance cycling, triathlon, or ultra running. Incredible Service
The fuel and hydration planner is such an amazing resource, then to pair up your custom strategy with the correct nutrition is absolute game changer, so simple and effective.

Electrolyte Capsules are a Must-have!
The Electrolyte Capsules saved my race at a recent Ironman 70.3. I began to cramp in my hamstring at about 5km into the half marathon. The capsules kept cramp at bay for the remainder of the run - highly recommend! I’ll definitely be looking to add more PH products into my nutrition strategy for future races!

The best there is !
The best hydration and fuel out there ! The gels and hydration tablets have pleasant flavour, work superbly well with my stomach and have seen me through several ultras and marathons. The ordering process is so easy and support and advice from the team is perfect !

Marathon Ready
I have suffered with cramps on my long runs and heard about precision hydration via run testers. I completed the survey and received a plan and ordered the starter kit. Since using their products I have had no issues and feel much stronger towards the end of my runs, they are easy to carry and mild in flavour so no stomach issues. Overall very happy and have orderemy second batch.
