Works for me!
Brilliant! Love all the products I’ve used so far, great service, prompt delivery. Really benefited from a sweat analysis to guide training and race nutrition planning. Haven’t looked back since and in addition I’m finding everything easy to digest which hasn’t been the case with previous Brands I’ve tried. I’m a convert!!

Feedback on products
Had them when I did my long rides. It’s generally good and effective. However, my last order I had, had a shortage packet of the PH1000 orange flavour. Hope it won’t happen again.

Fuelling Plan a Must Try!
I tried a few gels and salt replacement tablets out but couldn’t find ones that worked as well as I’d have liked. I did the fuelling plan on the website and gave it a go with the recommended drink sachets and gels. I ran on my longest run to date 14.4 miles and I felt really fresh. These gave me the confidence that I’ll be fuelled properly for my marathon in a months time. Would definitely recommend the fuelling plan and trying these products out!

The right choice for endurance training and racing
Very information website. I took advantage of the free 20-minute video call and it was very informative. I was able to determine the nutrition and electrolyte combination that would work for me while training for a 50 mile trail race.
