Precision Hydration product review.
PH gels are something I look forward to on long rides. Unlike other gels where I feel over carbed and my digestive system moans, these gels are somehow very well balanced, sit well with my system and taste amazing too.
The bottle mix is a go to every time. Slow release energy and salt replenishment with a good taste- even when your fluids heat up in tropical locations.

Excellent for Ironman prep.
I used the electrolytes and gels in the final weeks of training for Ironman Portugal. The tablets in particular were great for heading off the cramp problem I’ve had during previous events. I also found the composition of the gels to be really effective during the run.
