Izzi is an international long-distance runner, who competes on both the track and roads. She has represented Australia at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics in the 5,000m, and the 2022 Commonwealth Games in both the 5,000m & 10,000m, as well as at the 2023 World Cross Country Championships, World Athletics Championships (marathon) and World Road Running Championships (half-marathon).
Based in Adelaide, Izzi took a scholarship to train and study in the NCAA system for five years before returning to her home city. Back in Adelaide in 2020, she founded RunAsOne - a running community and coaching service for all runners - with her partner Riley.
In 2022, they opened another branch of the business, The RunHôuse - a local coffee shop with a runners twist - and started stocking Precision Fuel & Hydration in store.
Izzi came to love the PF 30 Gels and PF 30 Caffeine Gels, as well as the range of electrolytes.
